Hands Only CPR Training for Cresskill Middle School Students

In collaboration with the American Heart Association and the Cresskill Fire Department, all Cresskill Middle School students learned the lifesaving skill of Hands-Only CPR training in their Physical Education classes. This vital training coincided with the American Heart Challenge during National CPR Awareness Week from June 1st–5th. This incredible initiative was made possible thanks to the seamless coordination between Athletic Director and PE Supervisor Veronica Mullen and Erin Del Moro, the Development Director for School Engagement with the American Heart Association, who worked diligently to bring this program to life. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Cresskill Physical Education Department for dedicating class time to this essential curriculum, and to the Cresskill Fire Department for providing their invaluable expertise and hands-on support. Thanks to this collaborative community effort, our students are now empowered with the critical skills and confidence needed to respond in an emergency.
